I like it a whole lot. My last civilization game was a computer cd that I literally cracked only by Accident since I honestly was careless with the item. It was Sid Meier's 'Civilization II: Multiplayer Gold Edition' which I played so many times for exactly my unknown number of years. It gives me a lot of interesting ideas for the future. This is game is based heavily on Civilization 2. That means its a game from the 1990s. Everything about it is horrendously outdated. I would only recommend this to someone with nostalgia for it, or if youre curious. If you want a more 'mordern' civ game, look into 'Unciv'. Its open source CIV5. On a Samsung galaxy 8 + it makes the game virtually unplayable. Everything is super tiny.
